Withdrawn Procurement Board Directions

The following Directions have been withdrawn by the NSW Procurement Board:

PBD-2017-01 Procuring human services from NGOs

This Direction was replaced on 13 September 2017 by PBD 2017-04 Procuring human services from NGOs.

PBD-2014-01C Construction procurement policies and procedures – interim arrangements

This Direction was withdrawn on 18 July 2017.

PBD-2015-01C Use of recognised industry standards when planning and delivering infrastructure

This Direction was replaced on 6 July 2016 by PBD-2016-03 Construction standards and conformance.

PBD-2013-06 Publishing procurement plans on the eTendering website

This Direction expired on 1 January 2016.

PBD-2013-02C Project Bank Accounts

This Direction expired on 1 January 2016.

PBD-2013-01- Compliance

This Direction requires certain NSW Government agencies to develop an audit plan for compliance with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework and to report annually to the Procurement Board on how the risk of non-compliance is managed. Dates for actions have past.

PBD-2012-06 Contract requirements that limit competition

This Direction was withdrawn by the NSW Procurement Board on 31 March 2013.

PBD-2012-04 Approved procurement methods for goods and services

This Direction was withdrawn by the NSW Procurement Board on 1 July 2013.

PBD-2012-03 Approval required to extend government procurement arrangements with a supplier beyond five years- interim arrangements

This Direction was superseded by the requirements of the Goods and Services Interim Procurement Policy Framework on 1 January 2013 and withdrawn by the NSW Procurement Board on 14 March 2013.

PBD-2012-01 Procurement of goods and services on behalf of other government agencies

This Direction was superseded by PBD 2014-06 Procurement of goods and services on behalf of other government agencies on 1 October 2014.
