Aboriginal participation in construction policy plans and reports

The Aboriginal participation in construction (APIC) policy supports greater participation by Aboriginal people in government construction projects across NSW.

Contractors submit a participation plan at the start of the project showing how they intend to direct the targeted project spend to appropriate Aboriginal education and employment opportunities. When the project is near completion, contractors submit the participation report showing how the participation plan was implemented and what outcomes were achieved.

If you wish to publish an APIC plan or an APIC report please email the completed plan or report to nswbuy@finance.nsw.gov.au.
