How to supply ICT services to NSW Government

NSW Government agencies are required to buy information and communications technology (ICT) services from suppliers registered on the ICT services prequalification scheme.

The scheme provides suppliers the opportunity to register for a range of business opportunities that match their service offering and expertise, and to participate in selected quotation processes.

New suppliers can apply for inclusion on the scheme at any time.

Application process overview

 

1. Register online
Fill out the new user registration form on the eTendering website
2. Apply to become a registered supplier

A registered supplier can enter into low risk contracts valued up to $150,000 ex GST

Agree to simplified terms and conditions
Provide insurance certificate
3. Apply to become an advanced supplier

An advanced supplier can enter into high risk contracts valued over $150,000 ex GST

Agree to Procure IT framework version 3.2 terms and conditions
Provide evidence of relevant insurances, work experience and referees
